Mission Karmayogi is an initiative launched by the Government of India aimed at transforming the country's civil service and enhancing the capability and efficiency of government employees. Here’s a detailed overview:
Mission Karmayogi, officially known as the "National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB)," was launched in September 2020. It reflects the Indian government’s commitment to modernizing public administration and improving the quality of governance.
Since June 2023, NIPHTR has diligently planned and executed the ACBP initiative. The director has formulated both Plan A and Plan B, delineating mandatory and role-based courses, respectively.
In Plan A, all NIPHTR officers and staff have enrolled on the IGOT platform, with group C staff receiving assistance from NIC consultants.
Weekly plans were meticulously devised and executed, while Plan B focused on identifying and fulfilling roles at the institute level. Monthly reviews were conducted by the Director and MDO during academic meetings, with regular circulars issued as required.
NIPHTR has acknowledged and showcased the top 5 Mission Karmayogi officials and staff. We are pleased to announce the introduction of the mandatory Rajbhasha Hindi course, which has garnered appreciation from the Rajbhasha section of MOHFW.
Sixty percent of the staff have received certification, facilitating the implementation of Rajbhasha at the Institute. All officers have completed a minimum of 14 courses, with the Director himself completing 25.
Till 31st March we have completed mandatory courses 240 and total course completed 462 and total course in progress 510 ,which made the NIPHTR as among top 3 institutes to complete the courses.
Two courses -NHM Architecture and National Program for the health care of the Elderly is prepared and uploaded on IGOT platform.
The success of the Institute is attributed to teamwork, constant motivation, interpersonal communication, and effective leadership. We are highly committed to achieving the goals and targets of Mission Karmayogi under the Health Ministry.
